أساليب التكيف النفسي لدى الشباب البطال حاملي الشهادات الجامعية تبعا لبعض المتغيرات (دراسة ميدانية بولاية غليزان )

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أساليب التكيف النفسي لدى الشباب البطال حاملي الشهادات الجامعية ، وكذلك الكشف عن ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في أساليب التكيف النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغيرات ( الجنس و مدة البطالة ) ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، كما تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قصدية تكونت من150 شابا بولاية غليزان، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أنه تختلف أساليب التكيف النفسي المستخدمة لدى الشباب البطال حاملي الشهادات الجامعية وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استخدام أساليب التكيف النفسي لدى الشباب البطال حاملي الشهادات الجامعية تبعا لكل من متغير الجنس ومتغير مدة البطالة. The purpose of the present study is to identify psychological coping mechanisms among young unemployed university graduates, As well as detecting whether there are differences in the psychological coping mechanisms between the study sample according to the gender and duration of unemployment variables. To achieve this goal a descriptive approach was used, the study was conducted on a sample of (150) in the wilaya of Relizane unemployed university graduates of different majors . The results of the study revealed that the psychological coping mechanisms used by the young unemployed university graduates degrees differed, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the adoption of psychological coping mechanisms among the young unemployed university graduates according to the gender and duration of unemployment variables.
