التغير الاجتماعي والجريمة ،الجرائم المستحدثة نموذجا

Résumé: الملخص: أدت التغيرات المتلاحقة والمتسارعة التي عرفتها المجتمعات في مختلف المجالات إلى التأثير على أنماط السلوك إيجابا وفقا لتوقعات المجتمع أو سلبا بما يتنافى مع معايير المجتمع وكان من أبرزها السلوك الإجرامي والذي نمى وتطور شكلا ومضمونا بالتوازي مع التحولات التي شهدها العالم وبرزت ظواهر إجرامية مستحدثة. يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التغير الاجتماعي والجريمة وذلك من خلال التعرف على تأثير التحولات الاجتماعية والحضارية أنماط الجريمة. الكلمات المفتاحية:التغير الاجتماعي ; الجريمة ; الجرائم المستحدثة Abstract : The successive and rapid changes that societies have experienced in various fields have positively influenced patterns of behaviour in accordance with the expectations of society or negatively in contravention of society's standards, most notably criminal behaviour, which has developed and developed in form and content in parallel with the transformations in the world and emerged new criminal phenomena. The research aims to uncover the relationship between social change and crime by identifying the impact of social and cultural transformations on types of crime.
