الأساليب المستحدثة ضمن إستراتيجية الكشف عن الجرائم المستحدثة في التشريع الجزائري "التسرب نموذجا".

Résumé: إن تطور الجرائم المستحدثة في أساليب إرتكابها يتطلب بالموازات من أجهزة الأمن هي الأخرى أن تطور من أساليب البحث والتحري على نحو يمكنها من تقصي وجمع أدلة الإثبات وقائع الجريمة والتعرف على مرتكبيها. الأمر الذي دفع بالمشرع الجزائري بتبني نصوص قانونية جديدة في مجال البحث والتحرى لمكافحة أخطر الجرائم وهو ما عرفه القانون 06-22 المؤرخ في 20-12-2006، بإضافة أساليب تؤدي للكشف عن الجريمة والمجرمين الجرائم المستحدثة، ومن بينها تقنية التسرب. The development of new crimes in their methods of perpetration requires the security services, in parallel, to develop methods of research and investigation in a way that enables them to investigate and collect evidence to prove the facts of the crime and identify the perpetrators. This prompted the Algerian legislator to adopt new legal texts in the field of research and investigation to combat the most serious crimes, as defined by Law 22-06 of 12-20-2006, by adding methods that lead to the detection of crime and the criminals of the new crimes, including the technique of leakage
