التدابير الحدودية كآلية لحماية الرموز المميزة من جريمة التقليد.

Résumé: تشهد التجارة العالمية نموا سريعا ، ومن مظاهره هذا النمو تزايد حركة التجارة ،وما يترتب على ذلك من تدفق السلع على المعابر الحدودية ، الأمر الذي يستدعي رقابة على السلع لمواجهة جريمة التقليد ، وما يتطلبه ذلك من اتخاذ تدابير حدودية موكلة لإدارة الجمارك باعتبارها القناة الأولى لمحاربة التقليد. ومن خلال تتبع النصوص القانونية الواردة في الاتفاقيات الدولية ، أو في التشريعات الداخلية يبرز دور إدارة الجمارك في توفير هذه الحماية. Global trade is witnessing rapid growth, and one of the manifestations of this growth is the increase in the movement of trade, and the consequent flow of goods at border crossings, which calls for control over goods to confront the crime of counterfeiting, and what this requires of taking border measures entrusted to the Customs Administration as the first channel to combat counterfeiting . And by following the legal texts contained in international agreements, or in internal legislation, the role of the customs administration in providing this protection is highlighted.
