Résumé: تتسم الحقوق الصناعية بكونها ذات طبيعة دولية ، لذلك جعلت مسألة تنظيم أحكامها وحمايتها ليست حكرا على تشريعات دول المنشأ، ومن أجل توحيد تشريعات الدول في مجال حماية هذه الحقوق ومحاربة التقليد تضمنت إتفاقية باريس لسنة 1883 على غرار إتفاقية "تريبس" جملة من الأحكام الموحدة، تهدف هذه الأحكام إلى التوفيق بين تشريعات الدول في مجال الحماية الممنوحة لحقوق الملكية الصناعية ومحاربة فعالة للتقليد ، تظهر أهمية هذه الأحكام في كونها تكمل مبدأ المعاملة الوطنية الذي جاءت به هذه الاتفاقيات هذه الأحكام منها ما يتخذ طابعا مشترك بين كافة حقوق الملكية الصناعية ،ومنها ما هو خاص ببعض الحقوق Industrial rights are characterized by their international nature, so I have made the issue of organizing and protecting their provisions not limited to the legislation of the countries of origin.
