التحول الطاقوي كآلية لاستدامة الأمن الطاقوي في دول المغرب العربي –آفاق وتحديات-

Résumé: هدفنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مختلف مصادر الطاقة المتجددة أو البديلة ودورها في تحقيق استدامة الامن الطاقوي في الدول المغاربية، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن دول المغرب العربي مازالت في بداية الطريق نحو الطاقات المتجددة رغم الامكانيات الهائلة والادراك الكبير لمدى اهميتها، كما انها تواجه عدة عراقيل وتحديات أهمها ارتفاع التكلفة الرأسمالية لمشروعات الطاقات المتجددة مع غياب آليات التمويل، ما يحتم عليها بذل المزيد من الجهد في سبيل تحقيق الامن الطاقوي. This study aimed to identify the various renewable or alternative energy sources and their role in achieving the sustainability of energy security in the Maghreb countries, the study concluded that the Arab Maghreb countries are still at the beginning of the road towards renewable energies despite the enormous potential and great awareness of the extent of their importance, but they face several obstacles and challenges, the most important of which is the high capital cost of renewable energy projects in the absence of financing mechanisms, which requires them to exert more effort towards Achieve energy security.
