Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر استراتيجية التمكين على إدارة رأس المال الاجتماعي في مجمع صيدال –فرع عنابة-، تم توزيع )50( استمارة، حيث تبين أن هناك اهتمام من قبل الإدارة والعمال باستراتيجية التمكين، لكن تبقى الممارسات المتعلقة بها وتأثيرها على إدارة رأس المال الاجتماعي محدودة، لذلك أصبح من الضروري تبني استراتيجية لإدارة أبعاد عملية التمكين ما يساهم في الرقي برأس مالها الاجتماعي. This study aims to analyze the impact of the empowerment strategy on managing social capital in Saidal Group - Annaba branch, and to achieve this 50 samples were distributed. It seems that there is interest from employers and managers in the empowerment strategy. However, it became necessary to adopt a collective management strategy for the dimensions of The process of empowerment, which may contribute to the advancement of its social capital.
