أنظمة سعر الصرف والنمو الاقتصادي في الدول النامية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة تأثير أنظمة سعر الصرف على النمو الاقتصادي في الدول النامية من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف الأدبيات النظرية والتجريبية التي تناولت الموضوع، ولغرض تحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة قياسية باستخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية (Panel Data) لعينة تتكون من 38 دولة نامية تخص الفترة من 1980-2013 معتمدين على نوعين من أنظمة سعر الصرف: الثابتة والوسيطة حسب التصنيف الواقعي ل Reinhart and Rogoff (2008 و2010). ولتقدير النموذج تم استخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى المعدلة بالكامل (FMOLS) من أجل معرفة أي الأنظمة هو الأفضل فيما يخص النمو الاقتصادي، وأشارت نتائج الاختبار إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين أنظمة سعر الصرف والنمو الاقتصادي مع أفضلية الأنظمة الثابتة في تحقيق معدل نمو أعلى. This works aims to study the impact of exchange rate regimes on economic growth in developing countries. Through exposure to the various theoretical and empirical literature that addressed the subject. In order to achieve this target, we used an econometric study using time-series data (Panel Data),a sample consisting of about 38 developing countries during the period from 1980 to 2013 relying on two types of exchange rate regimes :fixed and intermediate regimes according to Reinhart and Rogoff’s classification (2008 and 2010).To estimate this model we used the Panel Fully Modified Least Squares (FMOLS) in order to know any regimes is the best in terms of economic growth. The results indicate the existence of a positive relationship between exchange rate regimes and economic growth with a preference for fixed exchange rate regimes in achieving the highest growth rate.
