بدائل العقوبة في ظل السياسة الجنائية المعاصرة "الجزاء الإداري وعقوبة العمل للنفع العام نموذجا"

Résumé: ملخص إن دراستنا لموضوع بدائل العقوبة في ظل السياسة الجنائية المعاصرة، كانت في إطار دراسة تحليلية للكشف على مدى فعالية عقوبة العمل للنفع العام، والجزاء الإداري في القضاء على أزمة العدالة الجنائية في شقها الموضوعي والإجرائي والمتمثل في أزمة الحبس قصير المدة التي لا يستطيع المحكوم عليه من خلالها إتمام برنامجه الإصلاحي وكثرة القضايا التي أصبحت تثقل كاهل القضاء مما أدى إلى البطء في الفصل فيها.
