إسهامات الدول الغربية في الوقف الإسلامي

Résumé: الملخص: يتعلق هذا البحث بإسهامات الدول الغربية في الوقف الإسلامي، حيث انطلقنا في دراستنا ببيان معنى الوقف في اللغة ولدى الفقهاء المتقدمين، ثم انتقلنا بعدها إلى بيان إسهامات الدول الغربية في الوقف الإسلامي، وما هي أهم المعوقات التي يتعرض لها الوقف في الدول الغربية وكيفية معالجتها، إلى أن وصلنا إلى بيان كيفية الاستفادة من الوقف في النظم الغربية، ثم ذكرنا في الأخير خاتمة بينّا فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها مع تذيلها بفهرس المصادر والمراجع. الكلمات المفتاحية: إسهامات ، الدول الغربية ، الوقف ، الإسلام . Abstract: This research concerns the contributions of Western countries to the Islamic Waqf. In my study, I began to make a statement about the meaning of the waqf in the language and the advanced jurists. Then I went on to explain the contributions of Western countries to the Islamic Waqf Addressed to the statement of how to take advantage of the stay in the Western systems, and then mentioned the final conclusion in which the most important findings reached with the index index and references.
