دور إدارة المعرفة في تنمية كفاءات المؤسسة

Résumé: ملخص: تتولد المعرفة من واقع حي معاش تتشكل وتعيد إخراج ذاتها في منظومات جديدة ،وتأتي إدارة المعرفة كوسيلة تهدف الى ضمان إدارة جيدة للمعرفة داخل المنظمات من أجل تحقيق الاندماج في الاقتصاد الحالي،عن طريق إعادة تغذية تلك المنظمات بالمعارف الجديدة واستيعابها بواسطة التركيز على رأس المال البشري الخالق للقيمة و الممثل في الكفاءات، فالتفاعل بين تسيير المعارف وتسيير الكفاءات يتصف بالتعقيد.وقد ظهر اليوم مدخل جديد في تسيير الموارد البشرية يعتبر الكفاءة والمعرفة المصدر الأساسي في تكوين القيمة. إن هذه المداخلة تهدف إلى إعطاء مفهوم لإدارة المعرفة والكفاءات والعلاقة التي تربط بينهما ، مع تحديد المناخ الملائم الذي يوفر الشروط الأساسية لتمكين إدارة الكفاءات والمعارف من إنتاج القيمة Abstract Knowledge is generated from a living, lived reality and is formed and re-excreted itself into new systems, and knowledge management comes as a means for ensuring good knowledge management within organizations to achieve integration into the current economy, by feeding those organizations With new knowledge and its assimilation by focusing on human capital that creates value and is represented in competencies, the interaction between knowledge management and competency management is complex. Today, a new approach has emerged in the management of human resources, which considers efficiency and knowledge the main source in creating value. This intervention aims to give an understanding of knowledge management and competencies and the relationship that binds them, while defining the climate that provides the basic conditions for enabling the management of competencies and knowledge to produce value
