دور القيادة التحويلية في تعزيز العمل الجماعي دراسة حالة مؤسسة صيانة و خدمات السيارات فرع سونلغاز ورقلة
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر القيادة التحويلية على العمل الجماعي داخل المؤسسة, بالإضافة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة, حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع, و الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة من خلال الملاحظة العلمية , والمقابلة الشخصية ,والاستبيان بعينة عشوائية بلغت 50 مفردة ومعالجة المعطيات الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع لممارسة سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية لدى مشرفي عينة الدراسة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي 4.0776 ومستوى مرتفع لممارسة سلوكيات العمل الجماعي لدى عينة الدراسة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي 3.7172 ،وعلاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين القيادة التحويلية كمتغير مستقل و العمل الجماعي كمتغير تابع , قد بلغت القيمة الإجمالية للعلاقة الإرتباطية 47.7 % حيث كانت أقوى العلاقات للمتغير التابع مع بعد التأثير المثالي "الكاريزما ". وهذا دليل قاطع على أن الكاريزما مهمة جدّا في تعزيز العمل الجماعي. The study aimed to know the effect of transformational leadership on teamwork within the organization, in addition to studying the relationship between the study variables, where the descriptive and analytical approach was used to study the topic, and to rely on case study through scientific observation, personal interview, and a questionnaire with a random sample of 50 individuals and treatment Statistical data via spss. The study concluded that there is a high level of practicing transformational leadership behaviors among the supervisors of the study sample, where the arithmetic average was 4.0776 and a high level for the practice of teamwork behaviors among the study sample, where the arithmetic mean was 3.7172, and a moderate correlation relationship between transformational leadership as an independent variable and group work as a dependent variable. The total correlation value was 47.7%, as the strongest relationships for the dependent variable were with the ideal effect dimension "charisma". This is conclusive evidence that charisma is very important in promoting teamwork.
