Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور القيادة في إنجاح التغيير التنظيمي بمؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس الجاهزة بمغنية،و ذلك من خلال التعرف على مدى قدرة القادة على تطبيق دورهم كقادة للتغيير التنظيمي في جوانب العملية الإدارية (الجانب التنظيمي،الجانب الإنساني،القيادة ودورها في بناء فرق العمل،القيادة ودورها التدريبي و التعليمي). بمؤسسة تافنة ومساهمتها في إنجاح التغيير التنظيمي. و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط و تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الإدارية و التغيير التنظيمي في مؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس الجاهزة بمغنية This study aims to shed light on the role of the administrative leadership in the success of the organizational change in the Tafna corporation for the manufacture of readymade garments in Maghnia;this is done by identifying the extent to which leaders are able to implement then role as leaders of organizational change in aspects of the administrative process. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation and influence between administrative leadership and organizational change in the Tafna corporation for the manufacture of ready-made garments in Maghnia
