التمكين للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لمواجهة تحديات الاستدامة –دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة 2010-2019

Résumé: ملخص: تناقش هذه الدراسة أهمية التمكين للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لمواجهة تحديات الاستدامة، انطلاقا من إشكالية تتمثل في: هل تكفي الجهود المبذولة للتمكين للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى الحد الذي يفي لمواجهة تحديات الاستدامة؟ ولقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، باعتباره مناسبا لمعالجة الإشكالية المطروحة. حيث تم عرض أهم آليات الدعم والتمكين للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مع محاولة إسقاط أثر هذه الجهود على ديمغرافية (م ص م)، وصولا إلى أهم المتطلبات لمواجهة تحديات الاستدامة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحديات التي تواجهها (م ص م) تفرض بذل المزيد من التمكين لهذا القطاع الواعد، خاصة في ظل التوجه نحو المقاربة المقاولاتية. Abstract This study discusses the importance of empowering (SMEs) to face sustainability challenges, based on to what extent are the efforts made to empower (SMEs) sufficient to meet the challenges of sustainability. The descriptive approach has been used, as appropriate to address the problem at hand. Where the most important support and empowerment mechanisms for small and medium enterprises were presented with an attempt to project the impact of these efforts on the demographics of (SMEs), leading to the most important requirements to meet the challenges of sustainability. The study concluded that the challenges facing (SMEs) require further empowerment of this promising sector, especially in light of the orientation towards the entrepreneurial approach.
