دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر للفترة (2010 - 2019)

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور ومساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية بالجزائر خلال الفترة 2010-2019، وذلك في مجالات التشغيل، القيمة المضافة والصادرات خارج المحروقات، ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا بدراسة وصفية تحليلية للنشريات الإحصائية الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والصادرة عن الوزارة الوصية خلال الفترة المدروسة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تساهم في خلق الثروة وفي خلق مناصب الشغل وترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات، إلا أن دورها يبقى محتشما ومتدنيا خاصة في مجال تنمية الصادرات خارج المحروقات. الكلمات المفتاحية: مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة؛ تنمية اقتصادية؛ تشغيل؛ قيمة مضافة. Abstract : This study aimed to highlight the role and contribution of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in supporting economic development in Algeria during the period 2010-2019, in the areas of employment, value added and exports outside hydrocarbons. so to achieve this we conducted an analytical descriptive study of the statistical publications of SMEs issued by the Ministry of Will during the period studied. The study found that SMEs contribute to creating wealth, creating jobs and promoting exports outside hydrocarbons, but a role remains modest and low, especially in the field of export development outside hydrocarbons.
