أثر تبني إستراتيجية تمكين العاملين على القيادة الإبداعية دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس- عنابة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة استراتيجية التمكين، ومدى تأثير ذلك على القيادة الإبداعية في مؤسسة موبيليس المديرية الجهوية عنابة، و لهذا الغرض قمنا ببناء استمارة وتوجهنا بها إلى فئة الإطارات في المؤسسة، ولقد أشارت النتائج المتوصل إليها بعد المعالجة الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج spss، إلى وجود علاقة أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسة تمكين العاملين و القيادة الإبداعية، و بناءا على ذلك فقد قدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات، التي من شأنها أن تحسن الوضع العام. الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجية التمكين، تمكين العاملين، القيادة الإبداعية، المديرية الجهوية لمؤسسة موبيليس بعنابة. The impact of empowerment strategy on creative leadership Case Study of Mobiles company - Annaba - Abstract: This study aims to find the degree of the practice of empowerment strategy and its impact to the creative leadership in Regional Direction of Mobilis Company at Annaba. For this purpose, we prepared a questionnaire and we distributed it to her employees. After the statistical treatment depending on the program of SPSS the results indicated relationship between the practice of empowerment strategy and creative leadership.
