آثار السياحة البيئية على التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز معنى ومفهوم السياحة البيئية والتنمية السياحية المستدامة ومتطلبات تطبيقها، وذلك بغرض الوصول إلى معايير التنمية السياحية المستدامة التي من خلالها يمكن تقويم تجارب التنمية السياحية؛ وصف الوضع الراهن للسياحة البيئية في الجزائر. وقد توصلنا من خلال النتائج إلى أن مفهوم التنمية السياحية ليس حالة ثابتة من التوازن بين تحقيق الفوائد الاقتصادية وبين حماية البيئة، بحيث أن مفهوم أفضل ممارسة بيئية قد يختلف من منطقة لأخرى من منطلق اختلاف مشكلات وظروف التنمية في كل منطقة، الأمر الذي يترتب عليه اختلاف مفهوم التنمية السياحية المستدامة. Abstract: The purpose behind this article show the concept of eco-tourism and sustainable tourism development and application requirements, in order to reach standards of sustainable tourism development by which they can evaluate the experiences of tourism development; describe the current status of eco-tourism in Algeria. And may study found that the concept of tourism development is not a static state of equilibrium between economic benefits and environmental protection, so that the concept of best environmental practice may vary from one region to another in terms of the different problems and development conditions in each region, which would result in a difference the concept of sustainable tourism development.
