Résumé: to reveal the relationship between organizational culture and organizational creativity among National Retirement Fund workers. It also seeks to reveal the differences between organizational culture and organizational creativity among sample members according to the variable (gender, marital status, seniority) by answering the following questions: Is there a correlation between organizational culture and organizational creativity? Is there a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational creativity due to the gender variable? Is there a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational creativity due to the seniority variable? Is there a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational creativity due to the marital status variable? We relied on a sample of 30 male and female workers from the National Retirement FundIN OUARGLAThe sampling method was a simple random method using the relational approach. The questionnaire tool contains two variables: the first variable, which is organizational culture, and the second variable, which is organizational creativity, by calculating the validity and reliability of the two tools for each of them separately. the results resulted in the following: 1) There is a correlation between organizational culture and organizational creativity. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between organizational culture and organizational creativity due to the gender variable. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between organizational culture and organizational creativity due to the seniority variable. 4) There are no statistically significant differences between organizational culture and organizational creativity due to the social status variable.
