واقع اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر من خلال المؤشرين العربي و العالمي

Résumé: تستكشف هذه الورقة البحثية حقائق الاقتصاد الجزائري القائم على المعرفة، حيث توضح اهمية المعرفة كمحرك رئيسي للنمو الاقتصادي في البلدان المتقدمة المعتمد على توافر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات و استخدام البحث والتطوير والابتكار لتحقيق ذلك. دور المعرفة أقل أهمية مما هو عليه في الاقتصاد التقليدي، فالنمو مدفوع بعوامل الإنتاج التقليدية مثل الثروة أو العمالة أو الميكنة. بينما يتميز الموارد البشرية المؤهلة وذات المهارات العالية أو ما يسمى "رأس المال البشري" بالتوليد يتوفر المزيد من الأصول القيمة في اقتصاد المعرفة، جاءت الدراسة بنتائج تأكد أن المساهمة في الهياكل المصنعة للمعرفة على المستوى التكنولوجي و الرأس المال البشري المؤهل والمفعل دوره كما ينبغي لدعم البحث العلمي و الابتكار و التطوير من أهم سمات بناء هذا الاقتصاد في الجزائر. This paper explores the realities of Algeria's knowledge-based economy, illustrating the importance of knowledge as a key driver of economic growth in developed countries dependent on the availability of ICT and the use of research, development and innovation to achieve this. The role of knowledge is less important than in a traditional economy, and growth is driven by traditional factors of production such as wealth, employment or mechanization. While highly skilled and qualified human resources, or so-called "human capital," are characterized by generation and more valuable assets are available in the knowledge economy, the study yields results that confirm that contributing to knowledge-manufacturing structures at the technological level and the suitably qualified and effective human capital to support scientific research, innovation and development is one of the most important features of building this economy in Algeria.
