دراسة واقع اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر وفقا لأهم مؤشرات منهجية تقييم المعرفة Kam

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر، من خلال الاعتماد على تقييم أهم مؤشرات منهجية تقييم المعرفة KAM، كمحاولة لتشخيص وفهم نقاط القوة والضعف في مجال الاقتصاد المعرفي في الجزائر ومقارنته ببعض الدول المجاورة والعربية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الاقتصاد المعرفي للجزائر يشير إلى أنها بدأت في تركيز جهودها نحو تبني نموذج اقتصادي جديد يرتكز على المعرفة، إلا أن أدائها لا يزال متواضعا من حيث البنية التحتية المعرفية، وقد انقسمت مؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر وفقا لمنهجية تقييم المعرفة KAM إلى مؤشرات حققت نتائج إيجابية كنسبة الالتحاق بالتعليم العالي وتكافؤ الجنسين، وانخفاض نسب الأمية، ونتائج ضعيفة خصوصا فيما يتعلق بضعف مخرجات البحث والتطوير والابتكار، وضعف سرعة تدفق الانترنت. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعرفة، اقتصاد المعرفة، منهجية تقييم المعرفة KAM، مؤشر المعرفة، مؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة. Abstract: This study aims to know the reality of the knowledge economy in Algeria, by relying on the evaluation of the most important indicators of the knowledge assessment methodology KAM, as an attempt to diagnose and understand the strengths and weaknesses in the field of knowledge economy in Algeria and compare it with some neighboring and Arab countries. The study concluded that the reality of the knowledge economy in Algeria indicates that it has begun to focus its efforts towards adopting a new economic model based on knowledge, but its performance is still modest in terms of knowledge infrastructure. Indicators that have achieved positive results such as higher education enrollment rate, low illiteracy rates, and weak results, especially with regard to weak research, development and innovation outputs, and weak Internet flow speed.
