الذكاء العاطفي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة( دراسة ميدانية على بعض معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدينة الوادي )

Résumé: : تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية الذكاء العاطفي في الحياة التعليمية من خلال مختلف المواقف التعليمية التعلمية التي يعيشها معلم التربية الخاصة مع تلاميذه من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كما تهدف أيضا إلى التعرف على الفروق بين معلمي التربية الخاصة حسب متغير الجنس في الذكاء العاطفي، وكذلك الفروق في الكفاءة الاجتماعية وإدارة الضغوط والتكيف باعتبارها أبعادا للمقياس، حيث اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاستكشافي كأسلوب للدراسة واختبار الذكاء العاطفي لبار-أون كمقياس لجمع البيانات، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية لفرضيات الدراسة باستخدام الأساليب الاحصائية المناسبة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين معلمي التربية الخاصة يعزى لمتغير الجنس في الكفاءة الاجتماعية. - توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في إدارة الضغوط بين الجنسين لصالح الذكور. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في بعد التكيف بين الجنسين. Abstract The study aims to identify the importance of emotional intelligence in educational life through the various educational attitudes that the special education teacher lives with his pupils with special needs, as well as to identify the differences between special education teachers according to the variable of sex in emotional intelligence, as well as differences in social competence and management of pressures and adaptation as dimensions of the scale, where we adopted the descriptive exploratory analytical descriptive method as a method of study and emotional testing of Bar-On as a measure of data collection, and after the statistical treatment of hypotheses using appropriate statistical methods. The following results were reached: - There are no statistically significant differences between special education teachers due to the gender variable in social competence. - There are statistically significant differences in the management of gender pressures in favour of males. - There are no statistically significant differences in the after-sex adjustment
