Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العنف ضد المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي في ظل بعض المتغيرات ( الحالة العائلية، السن ، المهنة ) من خلال إتباع المنهج الوصفي و توزيع استمارة على عينة مكونة من 409 عاملة في القطاع الصحي و لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود اختلافات بين النساء العاملات في ممارسة العنف ضدهن داخل المؤسسة حسب متغير الحالة العائلية. - وجود اختلافات بين النساء العاملات في ممارسة العنف ضدهن داخل المؤسسة حسب متغير السن. - وجود اختلافات بين النساء العاملات في ممارسة العنف ضدهن داخل المؤسسة حسب متغير المهنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: العنف؛العنف ضد المرأة؛العنف في العمل. Abstract : The study aims to identify the violence against working women in the health sector according to some variables (Family status, age, employment), by following the descriptive approach and distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 409 workers in the sector, and the study has reached the following results: - There are differences between working women In the practice of violence against them inside the institution according to the family situation variable - There are differences between working women In the practice of violence against them inside the institution according to age variable. - There are differences between working women In the practice of violence against them inside the institution according to the employment variable.
