القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر كآلية للتنويع الاقتصادي

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر كآلية للتنويع الاقتصادي من خلال دراسة دوره في الاقتصاد الجزائري ومكانته ضمن المخططات التنموية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الفلاحي له أهمية كبيرة في تحقيق التنمية والنمو الاقتصادي، فالجزائر تزخر على مقومات طبيعية وبشرية في هذا القطاع إذ ما تم استغلالها بشكل أمثل، كما أنه يساهم في ترقية هذا القطاع والاستفادة منه لإحداث إقلاع اقتصادي فعال، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا القطاع مر بإصلاحات كثيرة ركزت على إنعاشه وتفعيله لتحريك عجلة التنمية الفلاحية، لكن بالرغم من جهود الحكومة الجزائرية الجادة إلا أنها لم تصل للأهداف المنشودة. This study seeks to try to identify the agricultural sector in Algeria as a mechanism for economic diversification by studying its role in the Algerian economy and its place within the development plans. The study concluded that the agricultural sector has a great importance in achieving development and economic growth, for Algeria abounds in natural and human ingredients in this The sector, as it was not optimally exploited, will contribute to the promotion of this sector and benefit from it to create an effective economic take off. The study also concluded that this sector went through many reforms focused on revitalizing it and activating it to move the wheel of agricultural development, but despite the serious efforts of the Algerian government, it is It did not reach the desired goals.
