تقدير أثر مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي في تحقيق التنويع الإقتصادي بالجزائر خارج قطاع المحروقات (2000-2020)

Résumé: تأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة في محاولة بناء نموذج قياسي لدراسة مدى مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي في تنويع الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2020)، باعتباره قطاعا استراتيجياً مهما يمكن الاعتماد عليه في تنويع حقيبة الدخل الوطني خارج قطاع النفط، والرفع من معدلات النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق التوازن بين مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL)، أين تم التوصل إلى أن هناك تأثير إيجابي للقطاع الفلاحي على تنويع القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر في المدى الطويل على عكس في المدى القصير، وهذا ما يؤكد على أهمية القطاع الفلاحي في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي ،وان مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي في الاقتصاد الجزائري لاتزال معتبرة ، ولا ترقى الى المستوى المرغوب لو أخذنا بعين الاعتبار الإمكانيات المتاحة التي يزخر بها الاقتصاد الجزائري. The importance of this study comes in an attempt to build a standard model to study the extent of the contribution of the agricultural sector to economic diversification outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria during the period (2000-2020), because it is an important strategic sector that can diversify the national income portfolio away from the oil sector and increase growth rates In order to achieve a balance between different economic sectors, using the Autoregressive Delayed Distributed Time model Lapse (ARDL), where it was concluded that there is a positive impact of the agricultural sector on the diversification of the agricultural sector in Algeria in the long term rather than the short term, which confirms the importance of the agricultural sector in the achievement of economic diversification, and that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the Algerian economy is still significant, and does not reach the desired level if we take t account of the available possibilities which abound in the Algerian economy
