دور غرف الصناعة التقليدية والحرف الجزائرية في دعم روح المقاولاتية وفق منهجية البرنامج التدريبي المتخصص "إبدا وحسن تسيير مؤسستك".‏

Résumé: الملخص:‏ ‏ تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض تجربة الغرف الصناعة التقليدية والحرف في مجال المرافقة المقاولاتية وفق ‏منهجية البرنامج التدريبي "ابدأ وحسن تسيير مؤسستك". واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ‏ودراسة حالة، وعدت الاستبانة الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات. ‏ ‏ خلصت الدراسة إلى تمكن الغرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف من مساعدة الكثير من المقاولين الحاليين ‏والمحتملين المشاركين في البرنامج التدريبي على إنجاح مؤسساتهم وتحسين طريقة تسييرهم لها من خلال زرع روح ‏المقاولاتية لديهم وتمكينهم من اكتساب المهارات والمعارف اللازمة لذلك.‏ Abstract: ‎ ‎ This study aims to present the experience of the Chamber of ‎Traditional Industry and Crafts in the field of entrepreneurial ‎Accompaniment, according to the methodology of the training program ‎‎"SIYB". Moreover, it adopted the descriptive and analytical approach ‎and a case study, and the questionnaire as the main tool for data ‎collection. The research concluded that the Chamber of Traditional ‎Industry and Crafts was able to help many current and potential ‎contractors participating in the training program to improve the way ‎they run their institutions by cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit in ‎them and enabling them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary ‎for that.‎
