الإنتاج الفكري الجامعي وتحديات المكتبات الجامعية في التعريف به من خلال المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية: دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة الحاج لخضر باتنة1

Résumé: الملخص: تناولت الدراسة موضوع المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية كأداة يمكن من خلالها للمكتبات الجامعية إدارة ونشر الإنتاج الفكري للجامعة في الشكل الرقمي ومن ثمة توسيع نطاق الوصول إليه، محاولين الوقوف على الأدوار والتحديات التي يجب على المكتبات القيام بها لتحقيق هذا الدور. وقمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة الحاج لخضر باتنة، واعتمدنا على المقابلة التي أجريت مع مسئولة المكتبة المركزية، والمسئول المكلف بالمستودع لأخذ فكرة عن المهام والأدوار التي تؤديها المكتبة في التعريف بالإنتاج الفكري للجامعة في ظل المستودع الرقمي المؤسساتي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المستودع الرقمي لجامعة الحاج لخضر باتنة من بين أولى المستودعات المنشأة على مستوى الجامعات بالجزائر ضمن مشرع ISTeMAG المغاربي، ومع ذلك فهو لم يحقق الغايات والأهداف المنشأ من أجلها وأهمها تحسين الوصول إلى الإنتاج الفكري الجامعي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، كونه يفتقد إلى سياسة مؤسساتية واضحة للإيداع، مع وجود تقصير من جانب المكتبة في عملية الترويج للمستودع الرقمي ونشر ثقافة الوعي به في المجتمع الأكاديمي. Abstract: The study dealt with the issue of institutional digital repositories as a tool through which university libraries can manage and publish the university's intellectual production In the digital format and with expanded access to him, trying to identify the roles and challenges that libraries must play to fulfill this role. We conducted a field study at the central library of the University of Haji Lakhdar Batna, and we relied on the interview conducted with the official of the central library and the official in charge of the warehouse to get an idea of the tasks and roles that the library plays in introducing the university’s intellectual production in light of the institutional digital repository. Haji Lakhdar Batna is among the first warehouses established at the university level in Algeria within the ISTeMAG Maghreb project, However, it did not achieve the goals and objectives for which it was established, the most important of which is improving access to university intellectual production in institutions of higher education and scientific research, as it lacks a clear institutional policy for deposit, with a failure on the part of the library in the process of promoting the digital repository and spreading the culture of awareness of it in the academic community.
