دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في خلق القيمة المشتركة دراسة حالة مؤسسة سوف للدقيق –الوادي-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في خلق القيمة المشتركة في مؤسسة دقيق سوف، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، بحيث تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 40 عامل بمؤسسة دقيق سوف لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية، التي تم الاعتماد فيها على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: ان البعد الأول الذي يخص البعد الاقتصادي إلى أنه لا يوجد أثر للبعد على خلق القيمة المشتركة للمؤسسة محل الدراسة. في حين ان البعد القانوني والبعد الأخلاقي والبعد الخيري لها أثر على خلق القيمة المشتركة للمؤسسة. كما اثبتت نتائج الدراسة انه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وخلق القيمة المشتركة في مؤسسة محل الدراسة.This study aims to find out the role of social responsibility in Creating Shared Value in the foundation of accurate suf, and we have relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, so that a sample of 40 workers in the foundation was selected to conduct the field study, in which the questionnaire was relied on as a main tool for collecting data and information, and the study reached the following results: the first dimension that relates to the economic dimension that there is no impact of the dimension on the creation of the shared value of the institution under study. While the legal dimension, the ethical dimension and the charitable dimension have an impact on the creation of the shared value of the institution. The results of the study also proved that there is a statistically significant relationship between social responsibility and the creation of shared value in the studied institution.
