Résumé: يُعتبر موضوع حوادث المرور من بين المواضيع التي تُشكّل اهتمام العديد من الخبراء من رجال قانون و اقتصاد و علماء النفس و علماء الاجتماع لما لحوادث المرور آثار مُختلفة. هذا و قد تضافرت العديد من الجهود قصد الوقوف على الأسباب المختلفة لحوادث المرور ، هذه الأخيرة التي تُعد من أبرز المشاكل التي تُعاني منها العديد من الدول التي تسعى على إيجاد آليات مختلفة للحد من هذه الظاهرة . و تُعد الجزائر من الدول التي تعاني من حوادث المرور، مما أدى بالمشرّع الجزائري إلى سن قوانين تتميز بالطابع الردعي و الوقائي هذا الأخير الذي هو موضوع مقالنا في ظل القانون رقم01-14 The issue of traffic accidents is among the topics that are of interest to many experts from jurists, economists, psychologists and sociologists because traffic accidents have different effects. Many efforts have joined forces in order toidentify the different causes of traffic accidents, the latter of which is in fact one of the most prominent problems that many countries suffer from, and work to find different mechanisms to reduce this phenomenon. Algeria is one of thecountries that suffer from traffic accidents, which led the Algerian legislator to enact laws characterized by the deterrent and preventive nature of the latter, which is the subject of our article under Law No. 01-14
