Etude De L’efficacité D’un Inhibiteur De Corrosion Mc Mx 6-1701 Dans La Région De Rhourde El Baguel

Résumé: This work presents a study of a corrosion inhibitor MC MX 6-1701 used in the oil installations at the level of the field of rhourde el baguel. The study is made by the realization of an industrial test for the corrosion inhibitors injected in discontinuous or in treatment by CHOC (batch treatment). The objective of the work is to study the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitor MC MX 6-1701 against corrosion of the RB 57 well and surface installations by three methods: the iron dosage, the ER probe and the coupon test. The main results obtained show that for the phase with treatment the iron content remains high with values ranging from (1100 - 1600) mg/l and an acid pH (4.13 - 5.29) with the presence of light deposits (black and white), the evaluation of the corrosion rate by the corrosion inhibitor tested in Obstract the RB 57 oil circuit by the ER probe method is represented by a value of 0,305 mpy or 0.0078 mm/year over a period of 28 days, which gives a treatment efficiency equal to 96.22%. For the coupon test the final corrosion rate is 0.056mm/year.
