Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تطور مستويات الشمول المالي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2011-2020) باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، من خلال التطرق إلى الإطار المفاهيمي للشمول المالي وتبيان أبعاده ومؤشرات قياسه، ورصد تطور هذه المؤشرات في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة، واستخلاص أهم التحديات لتعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر ومتطلبات تحقيق ذلك، وقد توصلنا إلى وجود تطورات إيجابية في مؤشرات الشمول المالي في الجزائر خاصة في المناطق الريفية لكنها ضعيفة مقارنة بباقي الدول العربية، وهي مرهونة بثقة الأفراد بالمؤسسات المالية والمصرفية الجزائرية، فضلا عن مدى عصرنة أنظمة الدفع، وتسهيل إجراءات الوصول إلى الخدمات البنكية وتسريع في وتيرة معالجة ملفات القروض، والتوسع أيضا تقديم الخدمات المالية الرقمية. كلمات مفتاحية: شمول مالي، خدمات مالية، الجزائر، اندماج مالي. تصنيفات JEL : D14 ،G2 ،G21 . Abstract : We aim in this study to assess the development of levels of financial inclusion in Algeria during the period (2011-2020) using the descriptive and analytical approach, by addressing the conceptual framework of financial inclusion and clarifying its dimensions and indicators for measuring it, monitoring the development of these indicators in Algeria during the study period, and extracting the most important challenges To promote financial inclusion in Algeria and the requirements to achieve this, and we have found positive developments in indicators of financial inclusion in Algeria, especially in rural areas, but they are weak compared to the rest of the Arab countries, and it is contingent on the confidence of individuals in Algerian financial and banking institutions, as well as the extent of modernization of payment systems, and facilitation of procedures Access to banking services and accelerate the processing of loan files, and also expand the provision of digital financial services.
