Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة في مقالنا هذا البحث في ماهية الحوافز المالية كسبيل للتغلب على معيقات الاستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر ،وذلك من خلال التطرق بشكل مجمل في محاولة التعرف على دور الحوافز باعتبارها أهم آلية لجلب الاستثمار الأجنبي . ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها هو أن الجزائر وُفقت نسبياً في مجال أشكال الحوافز المالية كسبيل للتغلب على معيقات الاستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر ،وذلك من خلال ما جاءت به أهم التعديلات المتعاقبة في قوانين الاستثمار التي كان آخرها القانون رقم 16-09 المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار This study seeks in our article this research on the nature of financial incentives as a way to overcome the obstacles to foreign investment in Algeria, by addressing in general in an attempt to identify the role of incentives as the most important mechanism for attracting foreign investment. Among the most prominent results reached is that Algeria has been relatively successful in the field of forms of financial incentives as a way to overcome obstacles to foreign investment in Algeria, through what was brought by the most important successive amendments in investment laws, the latest of which was Law No. 16-09 related to investment promotion
