النظام القانوني لتزكية المترشحين للانتخابات الرئاسية في الجزائر

Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع النظام القانوني لتزكية المترشحين للانتخابات الرئاسية في الجزائر، وتعد هذه الاخيرة بمثابة المصفاة التي تمنع مرور المترشحين الجهويين والآخرين الاستعراضيين غير الجادين، لخوض غمار المنافسة على رئاسة الجمهورية، إلا أنه ورغم ما لهذه الآلية من أهمية، يظل واقع العمل بها يثير عديد الاشكاليات، حيث ارتبطت عملية تزكية المترشحين بممارسات سلبية، كتلك المرافقة لإجراء سحب استمارات إكتتاب التوقيعات، وأخرى مجرمة كالتوقيعات الممنوحة لأكثر من مترشح والتي يتم اكتشافها في كل مرة بمناسبة الرقابة على صحة التزكيات. This research paper deals with the legal system for sponsoring candidates for the presidential elections in Algeria, as the latter is considered a candidate that prohibits the passage of regional candidates who are not serious about entering the presidential election race. The reality of working with this mechanism still raises many problems, such as those negative practices associated with withdrawing signature forms, and criminal practices, such as the signatures granted to more than one candidate, as such signatures are discovered each time upon verification of their authenticity.
