تعليمية اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها في ضوء الإطار المرجعي الأوروبي العام للغات: قراءة في المنهج والمحتوى

Résumé: تقوم تعليمية اللغة العربية لغير النَّاطقين بها على مجموعة من المبادئ أثناء ممارسة موضوعها، وهذه المبادئ مستسقاة من اللسانيات التطبيقية كإعطاء الأولوية للجانب المنطوق من اللغة وذلك بالتركيز على الخطاب الشفوي، وهذا بإقرار البحث اللساني نفسه الذي يقوم في وصفه وتحليله للظاهرة اللغوية على مبدأ الفصل بين نظامين مختلفين: نظام لغوي منطوق، وآخر مكتوب، حيث إنَّها تعير الاهتمام بالجانب الأول، كما أنَّها تهدف إلى إكساب المتعلِّم مهارة التعبير الشفوي في الممارسة الفعلية للحدث اللغوي، وهو المنحى الذي نحا نحوه «الإطار المرجعي الأوروبي العام للغات» الذي وضعه المجلس الأوروبي لتقديم أنماط موحدة قابلة للمقارنة في تعلِّم اللغات الأجنبية وتدريسها.
