البنية العاملية لمقياس الالتزام التنظيمي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية وفق نموذج الن وماير دراسة تحليلية باستخدام التحليل العاملي
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التحقق من البنية العاملية لمقياس الالتزام التنظيمي والتأكد من دلالات الخصائص السيكو مترية باستخدام الصدق البنائي، وللكشف عن هذه البنية والتأكد من الخصائص والمكونات تم تطبيق المقياس على 240 عون حماية مدنية في البيئة الجزائرية، وتوصلت النتائج الى ان مقياس الالتزام التنظيمي ذو بنية عامليه ثلاثية تتمثل في الالتزام العاطفي والالتزام المعياري والالتزام الاستمراري. This study aims to examine the factorial structure and psychometric properties of the organizational commitment scale by using construct validity. To reveal this structure and confirm the properties .The scale was applied to 240 civil protection agents in the Algerian environment. The results indicate that the organizational commitment scale has a triple factor structure represented in emotional commitment, normative commitment, and continuity commitment.
