اثر تطبيقات ادارة الجودة الشامة في تحسين السلوك الابداعي للعاملين -دراسة حالة مؤسسة الجزائرية للمنسوجات بتيسمسيلت -

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير تطبيقات إدارة الجودة الشاملة على السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين، من خلال تحديد أبعاد تطبيقات إدارة الجودة الشاملة والمتمثلة (حلقات الجودة ، التحسين المستمر ، التوجه نحو الزبون والانطلاق منه) وأبعاد مهارات التفكير الإبداعي للعاملين (الأصالة، الطلاقة، المرونة، الإفاضة، الحساسية تجاه المشكلات) ، وفهم العلاقة من خلال دراسة ميدانية بالمركب الصناعي للأغطية النسيجية SOFACT، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم توزيع استبيان من عينة تتكون من 120 عامل كما تم استخدم برنامج SPSS 25 لاختبار الفرضيات و استخرج النتائج، واكدت نتائج ان هناك تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيقات ادارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين في المركب. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the effect of the T.Q.M applications on the creative behavior, by identitying the demensions of T.Q.M applications (quality rings, kaizen, going to and starting from the customer) and the demensions of creative thinking skills for employees (originality, fluency, flexibility, overtlow, Sensitivity), A case study of the SOFACT factory state of tissemsilt, to achieve the obgective of the study by distributing questionnaire from to a sample of 120 for factory workers, we used the SPSS 25 program to test the hypothese and extract the results. -There is a statistically significant impact of T.Q.M applications on improving the creative behavior of the institution. -The level of awareness of the employees of the institution of the abilities of creative thinking and the elements of creative behavior came in an average. -The level of T.Q.M applications was also medium
