دراسة قياسية لعرض العمل في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2013)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى قياس العلاقة التوازنية طويلة المدى بين عرض العمل وأهم المحددات المفسرة له في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة (1980-2013) وتحليلها، من خلال استعراض الاطار النظري للدراسة والجذور التاريخية لإشكالية البحث، ومن ثم قمنا بإسقاط مجموعة الأدوات الإحصائية والقياسية على معطيات خاصة بالجزائر للكشف عن العلاقة التوازنية، وذلك بالإعتماد على أحدث التقنيات المستخدمة في تحليل السلاسل الزمنية وتتمثل في كل من اختبارات التكامل المشترك ونماذج أشعة الإنحدار الذاتي var. أظهر تحليل التكامل المشترك بطريقة جوهانسن وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة المدى بين عرض العمل وكل من الكتلة الاجرية والسكان المشتغلون حسب اختبار الأثر، أما في التحليل قصير الاجل بإستخدام متجه شعاع الإنحدار الذاتي var يتبن أن الإنفاق في الفترة السابقة3-t يرتبط بعلاقة طردية مع عرض العمل في الفترة الحالية t.The study aims to measure the long-term equilibrium relationship between labour and the most important explanatory determinants here in Algeria during or betwen (1980-2013) and the analysis, through a review of the theoretical framework for the study and it rooted the historical problem of the research, then we have to drop a set of statistical tools and standard on the private Algiers data to reveal the equilibrium relationship, based on the latest technology used in time series analysis and represented in each of the Cointegrationtests and regression models of self Cointegration analysis in a way Johansen who showed the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between labor supply and all of the cluster the wage and population Employed by impact test, but in the short-term analysis using vector beam self-regression adopt that spending in the previous period t - 3 associated with a positive relation with the offer of employment in the current period t.
