دراسة قياسية تظهر العلاقة بينالإنفاق الحكومي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2014 )

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة اختبار وتحديد العلاقة بين الإنفاق الحكومي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الجزائر، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم استخدام بيانات لسلاسل زمنية سنوية للفترة (1980 – 2014)، وتمتطبيق نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي (VAR)في الدراسة بالإضافةإلى استخدامنا اختبار جرانجر للسببية . وقد أشارت نتائج اختبار التكامل المشترك إلى عدم وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين الإنفاق الحكومي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الجزائر عند مستوى معنوية 5%اعتباراً من عدم تحقق شرط التكامل من نفس الدرجة، وعليه تم توظيف نموذج الانحدار الذاتي (VAR)وعلى ضوء اختبار سببية جرانجر التي أشارات أيضا إلى عدم وجود علاقة سببية في كلا الاتجاهين لكل من الإنفاق الحكومي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي . This study aims to test an attempt to determine the relationship between government spending and GDP in Algeria, To achieve this purpose of using annual Time-series data for the period (1980-2014), it was the application of self –regression model (var) in the study in addition to the use of Granger Causality test, Joint integration test result have indicated the lack of a long-term, relationship between government spending and gross domestic product in Algeria. When moral level 5% as of unfulfilled integration clause of the same class, thus it was employing self-regression model (var), in light of Granger Causality test, which also pointed to the absence of causal relationship in both directions both government spending and GDP .
