Résumé: ملخص: في إطار مواصلة سياسة الإصلاحات الاقتصادية وسعيا لإدماج اقتصادها الوطني في الاقتصاد الدولي، عمدت الجزائر إلى إصلاح منظومتها المصرفية بدء بما منحه قانون النقد والقرض من استقلالية قانونية لبنك الجزائر، كمرحلة أولية ليستمر الإصلاح وفقا لعدة تعديلات مست بموجبها درجات الاستقلالية تبعا لتغير معايير الاستقلالية، غير أنها لم تصل إلى استقلالية فعلية ويظهر ذلك في عدم فعاليتها على الأهداف النهائية للسياسة النقدية، والتي تعتبر كمتغيرات كلية للاقتصاد . ABSTRACT : In the context of continuing the policy of economic reforms and seeking to integrate its national economy into the international economy, Algeria has reformed its banking system, starting with the legal independence granted by the Monetary and Loan Law to the Bank of Algeria, as an initial stage for the reform to continue in accordance with several amendments in which degrees of independence were affected according to the change in the standards of independence. It did not reach actual independence and this is evident in its ineffectiveness on the final goals of the monetary policy, which are considered as macro variables of the economy .
