متطلبات تطبيق التعليم الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية بالاعتماد على التجربة الألمانية

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة تقديم نظرة على التجربة الألمانية في التعليم الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وذلك من خلال التعرض للتعليم الرقمي وهذا بتبيان الأساليب والوسائل المستعملة فيه، وكذا التكوين في مجال التكنولوجيا مع ذكر مؤشرات الرقمنة واستعمالها في التعليم الرقمي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، إضافة تحليل مجالات الاستفادة منها في التعليم العالي للجامعة الجزائرية، وقد خلصت نتيجة هذه الدراسة أن التعليم الرقمي زادت أهميته نتيجة ظهور وباء كوفيد- 19 وتطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وكما تم تقديم توصيات بخصوص تطوير الوسائل التكنولوجية، ضرورة إعادة النظر في النظم التعليمية نتيجة للضعف الذي أظهرته نتيجة تداعيات وباء كوفيد- 19. الكلمات المفتاحية: تعليم رقمي، رقمنة، تجربة ألمانيا. Abstract: This study attempts to provide an insight into the German experience in digital learning in higher learning institutions, through exposure, by showing the methods and means used, as well as training in the field of technology with mention of digitization indicators and their use in digital learning for higher learning institutions, in addition to analyzing the areas of use thereof. In the higher education of the Algerian University, the results of this study concluded that digital learning has increased its importance as a result of the emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic and the development of information and communication technology, and as recommendations were made regarding the development of technological means, the need to review educational systems as a result of the weakness shown by the repercussions of the Covid epidemic - 19.
