البدائل الإستراتجية لتفعيل السياحة الداخلية بالجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: تعرف السياحة في الجزائر واقعا غير متجانس نتيجة التحديات الثقافية والسياسية والأمنية التي تعيشها حاليا بالرغم من الإرث الحضاري المتميز الذي خلفته الحضارة الإنسانية لذا استدعت الضرورة التأكيد على خلق مصادر أخرى للثروة تمكن من الاستثمار في هذا الإرث وذلك من خلال تطبيق إستراتجية تنموية تراعي الاستثمار في الطاقات البشرية والمادية المتجددة بإتباع منظومة سياحية متوازنة واعتبار السياحة مصدرا للدخل وميدانا خصبا للاستثمار وموردا هاما للسلطات المحلية لتنمية بلدياتها من خلال الاستثمار في مواردها السياحية بطريقة تراعي فيها المزاوجة بين الثقافة المحلية والتطور الحاصل في المجال السياحي الدولي، إذ يهدف هذا المقال إلى البحث في البدائل لإستراتجية لتطوير السياحة الداخلية الذي أصبح أمرا ضروريا للارتقاء بالنشاط السياحي من خلال الاستفادة من نتائج الدراسات العلمية للوصول إلى البديل الأنسب لتطوير السياحة الداخلية بالجزائر. ABSTRACT Tourism in Algeria is defined as a heterogeneous reality as a result of the cultural, political and security challenges it currently faces, despite the distinct cultural heritage left behind by human civilization. As such, it was necessary to emphasize the creation of other sources of wealth that enable investment in this heritage through the application of a development strategy, that takes into consideration investment in human resources and consider the tourism as a source of income and a fertile field for investment and an important resource for the local authorities to develop their municipalities through investing in their tourism resources in a way that takes into account the local culture and the development in the field of international tourism Therefore, the aim of this article is to look at the strategic alternatives to the development of internal tourism, which has become inevitable for the prevention of tourism activity, by taking advantage of the results of scientific studies to reach the most suitable alternative to the development of internal tourism in Algeria.
