أثر أبعاد الإعلان التلفزيوني في بناء قيمة العلامة التجارية من وجهة نظر الزبون - دراسة تطبيقية للعلامة التجارية Aroma

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر أبعاد الإعلان التلفزيوني في بناء قيمة العلامة التجارية وذلك من خلال وجهة نظر الزبائن، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات حول عينة مكونة من 82 شخص متفرج في الجزائر. من أجل الاجابة على الاشكالية الرئيسية ولإثبات صحة فرضيات الدراسة، وبعد معالجة وتحليل وتفسير نتائج إجابات افراد العينة تم التوصل الى هناك تأثير كبير للإعلان التلفزيوني على قيمة العلامة التجارية. كلمات مفتاحية: إعلان، إعلان تلفزيوني، قيمة علامة تجارية. This study aims to know The impact of television advertising dimensions on building the value from the point of view of customers, and in order to achieve this goal, the questionnaire was used to collect data on a sample of 82 spectators in Algeria. In order to answer the main problem and to prove the validity of the hypotheses of the study, and after processing, analyzing and interpreting the results of the answers of the sample members, there was a significant impact of television advertising on the value of the brand
