برامج التدريب الإلكتروني المقدّمة من طرف الجمعيات والمؤسسات المهنية: آليات للرفع من المستوى المهني في المكتبات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للوقوف على فرص استغلال التدريب الإلكتروني لدعم تخصص علم المكتبات والمعلومات من جهة وتبيان أهمية إعادة تأهيل العاملين في المكتبات أثناء الخدمة من جهة أخرى. استعانت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوقوف على آليات تطوير القدرات الشخصية لأخصائي المعلومات بالإعتماد على ما تُقدّمه المؤسسات المهنية في المجال وفي مُقدّمتها IFLA وALA. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الجمعيات والمؤسسات المهنية تساهم إلى حد كبير من محو الأمية المعلوماتية والتطوير المهني للمتخصصين في مجال المكتبات من خلال صياغة مجموعة ثرية من البرامج التدريبية؛ منها ما هو مندرج تحت مظلة الإستراتيجية العامة للمؤسسة كما هو الحال بالنسبة لـ:IFLA ومنها ما هو مستحدث لتلبية متطلبات المكتبي في الظروف الإستثنائية مثل موقع ALA/ Covid19-Recovery الذي تمّ استحداثه في فترة جائحة كورونا. This study aims to find out the opportunities to exploit electronic training and its role in the rehabilitation of information specialists in libraries during service. To achieve its objectives, the study used the descriptive and analytical approach to identify mechanisms for developing the personal capabilities of the information specialist depending on what professional institutions offer in the field foremost of which is IFLA and ALA. The study found that professional associations and institutions contribute significantly to information literacy and professional development for specialists in the library field through the formulation of a rich set of training programs. Some of them are included under the general strategy of the institution, as is the case for IFLA, and some are developed to meet the requirements of the librarian in exceptional circumstances, such as the ALA / Covid19-Recovery site that was developed during the Corona pandemic.
