النظام البيئي للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر _دراسة تحليلية _
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى محاولة فهم النظام البيئي للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر ، اضافة الى معرفة أهمية توفير النظام البيئي الذي يسمح بإنشاء وتطوير هذه المؤسسات ،وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج ولعل أهمها : أنه لا يزال مجال المؤسسات الناشئة في بدايته في الجزائر على الرغم من الاصلاحات التي تعمل عليها الدولة في السنوات الاخيرة . بالاضافة الى هناك اهتمام بإنشاء أكبر عدد ممكن من المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر ، واغفال نوعية وجودة هذه المؤسسات لأن التحدي الأكبر في مجال المؤسسات الناشئة هي استمراريتها وبقاءها وتنافسيتها في الأسواق . وأخيرا في مجال تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة ، هناك اعتماد شبه تام على التمويل من طرف الدولة وغياب رأس المال المخاطر المتأتي من طرف القطاع الخاص وأصحاب الفوائض المالية من مؤسسات وأفراد .
