Résumé: "Abstract: - The objective of the study: our study aimed to identify the role of the work values in achieving the competitive advantage with a sample of workers in the Algerian telecom corporation in El- Oued. - determining the role of innovative values in achieving the competitive advantage of Algeria telecom. - to know the role of the values of achievement in achieving the competitive advantage in the Algerian telecom corporation. - knowing the role of the values of teamwork in achieving the competitive advantage of the Algerian telecom corporation. - The main question: what is the role of the values of work in achieving the competitive advantage in the Algerian telecom corporation? - The main hypothesis: the role of business values contributes to the competitive advantage of Algerian telecom. - Methodology used in the study: the use of descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon studied. - Society and sample of the study: the study sample was conducted on a random sample consisting of (39) workers in the Algerian telecom corporation in El- Oued (56) workers. - Study tool: a survey questionnaire was developed for this purpose as a tool for collecting data from the field of study; the questionnaire included (39) items divided into three axes. Results: - work values play a role in achieving the competitive advantage of Algeria telecom.
