دور إدارة المواهب في تحسين السمعة التنظيمية - دراسة حالة بالمؤسسة العمومية لإتصالات الجزائر للهاتف المحمول ( موبليس) ورقلة /غرداية
Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان " دور إدارة المواهب في تحسين السمعة التنظيمية "للمؤسسة موبيليس وقد هدفت الى اختبار ما هو الدور التي تلعبه ادارة المواهب في تحسين السمعة التنظيمية للمؤسسة؟ وما واقع ذلك في مؤسسة موبيليس؟ تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في مؤسسة (موبيلس) المؤسسة العمومية لاتصالات الجزائر للهاتف المحمول بورقلة الجزائر من خلال تصميم استبانة تم توزيعها على افراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم 50 من حجم 75موظفي المؤسسة عشوائيا spss اين تم جمع البيانات وتفريغها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1-يوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المواهب والسمعة التنظيمية لمؤسسة موبيليس. 2-تؤثر إدارة المواهب بشكل ايجابي على السمعة التنظيمية لمؤسسة موبيليس فرضية محققة. 3 -مستوى تطبيق إدارة المواهب في مؤسسة موبيليس مرتفع ويرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب This study came under the title " the role of talent management in improving organiztional ruptationL" of the Mobilis corporation .It aimed to test the whate role does talent mangement play in improving the organization reputation of the corporation ? What is the reality of this in Mobilis Corporation? The study population is represented in the (Mobilis) corporation،the public institution of algeria telecom for the mobile phone in Ourgla،Algeria By desingning a questionnaire،randomly distributed to the study sample ،, which numbered 50 of the size of 75 employees of the intitution ،where, we collected and unloaded the date using the spss statistical package program. After analyzing the results ،the study reached a setof results ،the most important of which are: 1-There is statistically significant relationship between talent management and the organizational reputation of Mobilis corporation 2-Talent management positively affects the organiztional reputation of Mobilis corporation .a validated hypoythesis 3-The level of talenl management application in Mobilis Corporation is high and rises to the required level
