Evaluation De La Qualité Biologique Des Eaux De L'aquifère Alimentant La Commune De Metlili (wilaya De Ghardaïa)
Résumé: This work consists of the physical and microbiological analysis of the well water in the METLILI region, located to the south of the wilaya of Ghardaia at a distance of 45 km, it covers an area of 7300 Km².with a view to assessing the microbiological quality of water well originating in this region and diseases associated with these waters. The electrical analyzes vary, on the other hand between 674 and 7700 uS/cm, which reflects a fairly high salinity of these waters and makes them non-compliant with the WHO standards except for certain wells. The microbiological analysis of the water from these wells showed a total presence of pathogenic germs which allowed us to judge that these waters can cause water-borne diseases for human health and pollution for physics of the water have shown that the pH of the water varies between 6.86 and 7.34, indicating average values in accordance with WHO standards conductivity values.
