تحليل و تقييم أداء آليات تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر - دراسة حالة Angem بسكرة خلال الفترة (2005-2017)
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل و تقييم أداء آليات تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر- دراسة حالة ANGEM بسكرة ، من خلال تحليل إحصائيات الوكالة الجهوية لتسيير القرض المصغر خلال الفترة (2005-2017) كأحد آليات التمويل في ولاية بسكرة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن ANGEM تعتبر من أهم آليات تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر بصفة عامة و بسكرة بصفة خاصة، حيث بلغ عدد القروض الممنوحة للمقترضين 16720 قرض و استحدث حوالي 25080 منصب شغل خلال الفترة المدروسة. The aim of this study was to analyze and evaluate the performance of microfinance mechanisms in Algeria - ANGEM Biskra case study by analyzing the regional agency statistics for microcredit management during the period 2005-2017 as one of the funding mechanisms in Biskra state. The most important results are that ANGEM is considered one of the most important financing mechanisms for small and medium enterprises in Algeria in general and Biskra in particular. The number of loans granted to borrowers was 16,720 and about 25080 jobs were created during the period studied
