تحقيق نسبة كتاب الوضع إلى الشيخ أبي زكرياء الجناوني

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من نسبة كتاب الوضع إلى الشيخ أبي زكرياء الجناوني (ق05-06هـ/ 11-12م) الذي اشتُهِر بنسبة الكتاب إليه شهرة مستفيضة مع وجود بعض الشكوك في نسبة الكتاب إليه من بعض العلماء قديـمًا وبعض الباحثين حديثًا، وذلك من خلال استعمال المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، والرجوع إلى نصوص العلماء والباحثين، وفهارس المخطوطات، وأهم نتيجة انتهت إليها الدراسة أن كتاب الوضع من المستبعد جدًّا أن يكون الشيخ أبو زكرياء يحيى بن الخير الجناوني هو من قام بتأليفه؛ وأنَّ مُؤلِّفَ كتاب الوضع عالـمٌ إباضيٌّ من جبل نفوسة بليبيا، عاش ما بين نهاية القرن السادس الهجري ونهاية القرن السابع الهجري. Abstract Abstract en anglais: This study aims to verify the attribution of the «book alwade» to Sheikh Abi Zakaria Al-Janawni (Q05-06AH / 11-12AD), to whom the proportion of the book was widely known, with some doubts as to the attribution of the book to him by some scholars in the past and some researchers recently, through the use of The descriptive method, the inductive method, the analytical method, referring to the texts of scholars and researchers, the indexes of manuscripts, and the most important conclusion of the study is that the «book alwade» is very unlikely that Sheikh Abu Zakaria Yahya bin Al-Khair Al-Janawni was the author of it; And that the author of the book The Status is an Ibadhi scholar from Mount Nafusa, Libya, who lived between the end of the sixth century AH and the end of the seventh century AH.
