كتاب الأدلة والبيان المنسوب إلى الشيخ تبغورين الملشوطي: دراسة نقدية حول المؤلف والعنوان The Book Of Evidence And Statement Attributed To Sheikh Tibgorin Al-malshouti: A Critical Study On The Author And Title

Résumé: يطرق البحث مجالا تراثيا يتعلق بتحقيق نسبة الكتب إلى مؤلفيها، يتمثل هذا في دراسة نقدية لرسالة أصولية تسمى بالأدلة والبيان، والتي صدرت في طبعة محققة منسوبة إلى الشيخ تبغورين الملشوطي أحد أعلام إباضية الجزائر. ويتغيَّا البحث الوصول إلى مقاربة علمية حول حقيقة هذا الكتاب من جهتي مؤلفه وعنوانه، وذلك بدراسة الموضوع من مختلف جوانبه التاريخية والبيبليوغرافية. وعليه فإن مشكلة الدراسة تحدد أساسا حول مصداقية نسبة الكتاب إلى الشيخ تبغورين، وكذا عن صحة ثبوت هذا العنوان له. وقد تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاستعانة بأدوات علم التحقيق في نقد هذه النسبة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج، أهمها نفي نسبة هذا الكتاب إلى الشيخ تبغورين، وأنه ليس من تأليف الإباضية، وأن العنوان ليس من وضع المؤلف ابتداء. The article deals with a critical study of "the Book of Evidence and Statement", which was issued in a verified edition attributed to Sheikh Tibgorin Al-Malchoti, one of the Ibadi scholars in Algeria. The research aims to investigate this attribution, and the truth of the book's title, by studying the subject from its various historical and bibliographic aspects. The research problem is about the validity of the book’s attribution to Sheikh Tibguren, as well as the proof of this title for the book. I have employed the analytical and descriptive method, with the use of investigative tools, to critique this attribution. The study concluded with results, the most important of which is the invalidity of the attribution of this book to Sheikh Tibgurin, and that it is not authored by the Ibadites ,and the original is the title is'nt from the author.
