Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد وتقييم تأثير الإنفاق الحكومي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وبعض دول شمال إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط MENA لمدة 40 سنة (1980-2019)، وتم استخدام نموذج يتسنّى من خلاله اختبار قانون "بارو"، وما يميز هذه الورقة البحثية هي الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الصفة الحركية والديناميكية للإنفاق الحكومي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وبعض دول شمال إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط باستخدام بيانات بانل وقد توصّلت الدراسة إلى أنّ تأثير مخزون رأس المال وتأثير رأس المال البشري ونصيب الفرد من الناتج في الفترة السابقة ذو تأثير موجب على النمو الاقتصادي بينما كان تأثير الإنفاق الحكومي سلباً على نصيب الفرد من الناتج في عينة الدّراسة. Abstract: This study aims to determine and evaluate the impact of government spending, in particular spending, on economic growth in Algeria and some North African and Middle Eastern countries for a period of 40 years (1980-2019), We have used a model through which it is possible to test the "Barrow" law, and what distinguishes this research paper is to take into account the dynamics and dynamics of government spending and economic growth in Algeria and some countries in North Africa and the Middle East using Panel data, The study found that: The effect of capital stock, the effect of human capital, and per capita output in the previous period had a positive effect on economic growth, while the effect of government spending was negative on per capita output in the study sample.
